Our Big Assist team is a dedicated after sales customer advisory team that aim to help customers resolve any issues after their car purchase. We are very proud to announce that our Big Assist Team has just got bigger!

We have expanded our team meaning we are now able to take more calls from our valued customers and help them to resolve their problems as quickly as possible.

Our treasure trove

Hello all,

Big Motoring World has been running for over 20 years now so we’re bound to come across a few momentums in our treasure trove and we found one last week!

When you collect your car from us, we give you a corporate folder to hold all of your paper work (for safe keeping). It looks something like this:

When Big Motoring World started out we had two sites Bapchild Motoring World and Folkestone Motoring World. That was before we became The Big Motoring World Group that you know today. 

And on the back of our old corporate folder, the business owner: Peter Waddell and our General Manager: Mr Perks. I think it’s safe to say they are both slightly greyer now!

We’re going to try and find some more momentums from our business journey but in the meantime we'd like to thank you for your continuous support over the years.
