Introducing The Big Assist Team.

As of Monday, we are very proud to announce the arrival of our Big Assist Team. The team are solely dedicated to providing excellent after-sale customer service to all of our customers.

We aim to eliminate any doubts that our customers may have in relation to post-sale customer care and fill them with confidence when purchasing from us. In order to make sure we provide the best after-sale customer service, the Big Assist team aim to respond to all customers motoring queries within 24 to 72 hours.

Peter Waddell; the owner of the Big Motoring World Group, believes that the investment in a dedicated customer service team for after-sales will finally “put any misconceptions” about our non-existent customer service “to bed once and for all!” saying:
“I hope this investment in a customer-focused after-sales team will dispel the myth that Big Motoring World has no after-sale customer service. Our team has worked tirelessly over the years to build a one-stop-shop for motorists looking to buy and service premium vehicles. During this time we’ve upped our game to guarantee an unbeatable level of after-sale services and this brand-new dedicated team will just go to extenuate that further.”

Our new 24 hour Service Centre; based in Snodland, where you can drop your car off one day and collect the next will also play home to the Big Assist Team. All customers have to do is email or call 01634 248 648 to speak to a member of our team directly.

Big Motoring World gets nominated!

Big Motoring World, is the UK’s leading BMW specialist, and we are proud to announce ourselves among nominees for not one, but three of the prestigious Car Dealer Magazine Awards.

We have been very hard at work here and we hope it will pay off!  We have committed ourselves to becoming one of the most renowned car dealers in the United Kingdom for excellent customer service skills. Our devotion to enhancing every consumer’s buying experience has led the opening of our brand new service station in Snodland. The aim of the Big Motoring World Service Centre; located in Snodland, is to bring down the cost of servicing for prestige cars without any compromise on quality. As well as first-class services, our service centre also consists of an MOT test centre.

Our motto here at Big Motoring World is: ‘Big Enough to Cope, Small Enough to Care’ and we are hoping that this message shines through with the awards that we have been nominated for. We have been nominated for the following awards:  “Best Used Car Customer Care”, “Best Sales Team of the Year” and, “Best Dealer over 100 Cars”.

The award categories are varied and open to any dealership so the competition will be fierce, however, Peter Waddell, (our Managing Director at Big Motoring World Group) explains why he thinks we have a brilliant chance of taking home the titles. Waddell states: “I'm pleased with the steady growth of the group... the vital feedback we’re receiving from our customers is what propels the progressive changes within the Big Motoring World Group”.

We think we are an innovative company that truly knows how to go the extra mile for our customers. Not only do we have a friendly and approachable sales team that are, dedicated to finding customers the perfect car, but we also offer a second-to-none after sales customer and vehicle service. Our team of expert technicians use modern techniques and the latest diagnostic equipment in order to service all makes and models.

Big Motoring World | Expansion: Final Phase

As I mentioned in my previous post, the builders are running against time to finish before the cold weather kicks in; and I’m sure you’ll agree with me that there’s a distinct nip in the air.

In less than 5 weeks, the project will be completed, and customers can start enjoying the new facilities. Our primary objective is to deliver exceptional customer experience for a used BMW or Mercedes buyer.

Just before the unveiling of the new expansion, our TV production crew will aim to bring you a sneak preview of the new expansion.

Yesterday, one of the new receptionists that will be working here went down to the Big Motoring World Service Centre in Snodland for a day’s induction. I have to say, she is certainly a warm face to meet customers!

Things are changing at Big Motoring World in West Malling, and they’re for better!
