The Big Assist Team has just got bigger!

If you don’t yet now, since we've introduced our 24 hour service centre, we have also introduced our Big Assist Team.

Our Big Assist team is a dedicated after sales customer advisory team that aim to help customers resolve any issues after their car purchase. We are very proud to announce that our Big Assist Team has just got bigger!
We have expanded our team meaning we are now able to take more calls from our valued customers and help them to resolve their problems as quickly as possible.

After buying a BMW on Friday the12th of February ( cash sale ) Redg nber YE63 DGZ I was promised that I would get the documents in the post by Tue the 16 the when they had not arrived by we'd 17 th I rang up and was told if they have not arrived by Fri to ring again . Having rang again on fri 19th Ime told again that they will be here next week. This kind of service is absolutely disgusting I cannot transfer my personal nber plate without documents . Never again would I deal with you people and would like anybody else to be aware of how the after sales system works after they have got your money
