Have you heard the news? No more smoking in the car if there is a child
present!
Although the notion is controversial, it has been backed by
the Lords meaning it could become Law within a matter of days!
The new law will sate that it is a punishable offence to smoke whilst children/ minors are present in the car. If motorists are caught smoking behind the wheel they can be punished with a fine or even points on their licence.
It is something that has arisen due to the concern for children’s
health. Breathing in second hand smoke
isn't good for anyone especially small children in a closed environment.
We think that not only will it stop children from inhaling
the second hand-smoke it might keep more drivers focused on the road too! What
