We are drawing ever closer to the rumoured reveal of the BMW
X6M. It is said to be being revealed at the LA Auto show but as it reveal draws
closer and closer we are seeing more of the skin from the prototypes.
The second generation
X6 is a much smarter looking version of the original and the M does nothing but
build on this by adding a re-stylised bumper, bigger wheels rear diffusers and
quad pipes! Sounds like quite a beast if you ask us!
The engine will be a
4.4-liter, twin-turbo V8 but BMW's M division may work its magic to give it a
bit more power!
Its transition options have not been fully confirmed but its 6-speed automatic could be replaced by a 7-speed
dual-clutch transmission or an 8-speed automatic.
