The video below takes us aboard the BMW M6 Convertible and the Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG for a comparison acceleration test.
The E63 AMG is
powered by a hand-built 5.5-liter twin-turbo V8
which produces 577 hp and 590 lb-ft of torque in the top-of-the-line S-Model.
BMW M6 Convertible is powered by a 4.4-liter twin-turbo
V8 producing 560 hp and 680Nm of torque.
As tested, the M6
weighs 2045 kgs while the E63 AMG is slimmer at 1920 kgs.
