Mercedes
is adding some style to its SUV line-up, the SUV coupe previews a production
car likely to be badged MLC and set to rival BMWs X6. The single official images
of the Mercedes was revealed by the CEO Dr Dieter Zetsche at the Annual
Shareholder’s meeting, although the car will make its public debut appearance
at the Beijing Motor Show later this month.
We
think there will be a great deal of potential for Mercedes-Benz in the
combination of the coupe and SUV.
An
official Mercedes release also stated that ‘’the sporty styled coupe study with
the added value of an SUV provides a realistic glimpse of a series-production
vehicle expected next year, which will boast very dynamic handling.’’
From
the image you can see the wide front grille, narrow headlights and converging
creases on the flanks pick up nearly from the GLA-class. The roofline which
plunges dramatically towards the rear of the car, is the talking point here
though.
We

SUV makes it debut in China.
