In 2015, a
new model of X4 will join its existing line-up.
The BMW X4 M40i is going to be part of
BMW’s M performance cars. The M40i will fill the gap between the X4 xDrivei35i,
and the unreleased X4 M model.
Just like all
the other BMW, M Performance cars, the X4 M40i will come with the M Sport
Package which includes, tweaked chassis with a stiffer suspension setup,
upgraded wheels, M Performance brakes and sporty steering wheel.
To top all of
it off the sporty X4 M40i will have a new 3.0 litre turbocharged six-cylinder engine.
This beefy engine will churn out 380bhp, and will have an eight speed automatic
gearbox to control all that power.
BMW is
expected to release their new X4 M40i model nearer the end of 2015.
