Did you know you can tax your vehicle online…
We always forget, do we not! We always forget that our road
tax needs to be renewed and we always remember at the very last minute (usually
in the middle of the night in a blind panic)
It’s really easy to renew your tax disc (or apply for a tax
disc for a new car) online. All you need to do is go to the DVLA approved
website
Then you will be asked for 16 digit reference number shown on your renewal
reminder, or the 11 digit reference number from your Registration Certificate (V5C)
You’re MOT certificate will then be electronically
checked by the DVLA. You can then selected whether you want 6 or 12 months tax
and then pay for it.
Your tax disc will be sent out to you in the post.
Simple as 1,2,3… So, no more panicking.
