The BMW
Vision Future Luxury Concept makes its debut during the 2014 Pebble Beach
Concours d’Elegance in the U.S.
The Vision future
luxury concepts are focusing on the innovation and exclusivity, for an
exclusive and mind blowing driving experience. To demonstrate and show off
these future plans, a one-off car was built. The concept reveals the exquisite
interior and exterior design, as well as the advance in technology, lightweight
engineering and improvements in the overall driving experience.
The car is painted
in liquid platinum bronze colour, a first for a BMW.
The front
passenger gets his or her own information display, which is connected into the
Driver Information Display via a touch-sensitive panel, where information can
be shared between the driver and the front passenger using a swipe movement.
In the back,
the two front seats hold a display/TV, which are set in carbon surrounds, and a
detachable rear seat touch command Tablet, puts the final addition to the
integrated user interface concept of the BMW Vision Future Luxury.
The rear
lighting is provided by organic LEDs, shining the new way of BMWs L-shaped
lights. The BMW Vision Future Luxury’s L-shaped rear lights comprise a large
number of small, likewise L-shaped OLEDs.
This car is
one of the greatest steps for BMW and for the way that people will now be able
to travel. This BMW will take luxury travel to the next level!
