As you can see a third of the New site has now been prepared for tarmac next week. We are on progress to have enough space for 1000 yes folks 1000 BMWs by Christmas.

By March 2011 our New Office Block will Start to be built. This will make Big Motoring World the biggest BMW indepentdent car specialist of One brand in the UK and Family owned for over 20 years.

We have sold thousands of cars to thousands of customers, why not come and pay us a visit with over 400 BMWs on site now, we are sure you will find plenty to choose from.

Hi To all our bloggers,

I have some Very important news, we at Big are still expanding and developing the Big Motoring World site, we know times are hard but we feel we must continue to complete our vast expasion project so we can create more business opotunities and more employment.

Now the weather is about to change, and remember clocks go back an hour in october, it is now time to look at all our outstanding 4x4s, we have a great range of x3 and x5 for that more rugged style, and not forgeting all that bad snow we had last year, so one of our 4x4s will do you nicely. Motor Trader Industry Award Winners

We are proud to share the news that Big Motoring World recently won Independent Used Car Retailer of the Year at the Motor Trader Industry Awards 2010!
The prestigious event was held on 14 July at Grosvenor House Hotel in London which was attended by Mr Waddell, members of team and close friends.

Mr Waddell and everyone here at Big Motoring World are delighted to be honoured with this award, proving that hard work pays off and hopefully achieve more recognition of this kind in the future.

As mentioned before, we are currently expanding the site and are looking forward at being able to offer our customers an even better variety of BMW's to choose from.

As you are probably aware the Gumball 3000 rally was a massive success, from the launch to the after party, the lads had an 'immense' time and we are already looking forward to the 2011 event!

Motor Trader Awards 2010

Big Motoring World has been shortlisted for the Motor Trader Awards in the Independent Used Car Retailer of the Year category!

The winner will be announced on Wednesday 14th of July at the Motor Trader Awards gala dinner at the swanky Grosvenor House hotel in London.

This is great recognition that Big Motoring World is stepping up a level and with our current growth and development and the blistering start we have had to the year, we believe we are in good stead to win this prestigious award.

GUMBALL 3000

Big Motoring World is going on tour this weekend with the Gumball 3000. On Friday, James and Ching aka the lucky gits, head off to London to begin an immense adventure across Europe which see's our boys hitting Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Stockholm in a pimped out BMW X5.

On board will be an official Gumball 3000 camera crew who will be documenting the rally from start to finish as well as making sure our team behaves themselves. Also taking part will be a string of celebrities including Dizzee Rascal, Xzibit, Eve and Jade Jagger plus many more.

So hopefully next week we will have some epic stories on the blog from the rally as well as some interesting pictures.

Extension Update

Another step has been taking this week in the extension of the Big Motoring World site with our front forecourt now extended allowing us more room for more stock giving you a wider choice of quality pre owned BMW's. New plants and trees have also been planted along the front edge of the site with plans for a new sign also in the pipeline.

The sun is hopefully setting in for the summer now so make sure you look the part with a new convertible from Big Motoring World. We currently have over 100 sporty and stylish examples on our site giving us one of the widest selections in the country and we are sure you wont be able to beat our prices.

New Service & Handout Office Now Open!!!

Today sees the grand opening of Big Motoring World's new Service and Hand Out offices. It only took us 4 weeks from start to finish and shows we really mean business this year. Inside you will find a modern and spacious waiting area with an excellent range of facilities including TV and a PS3 to keep you entertained while you wait.

This is the first major step in the expansion of Big Motoring World with plans for the new sales office and forecourt now also well underway. By the end of the year Big Motoring World will be one of if not the largest independent BMW specialist in the world.

New Service & Handout Office Update

This week will see our spanking brand new Service reception and Handout offices completed. This is a major step in the expansion of Big Motoring World and will offer customers a new and improved level of service. The waiting area will offer more comfort and space with the inclusion of a coffee and soft drinks machine as well as a large flat screen TV.

Demolition work on the old bungalow is also now completed which will allow work to begin on the extension of the main offices with a refurb of the customer toilets also well underway.

So as you may gather its all go at Big Motoring World with 2010 set the be our busiest and biggest year yet!

Last week we mentioned that work had begun on the Big Motoring World expansion which will see our site grow to have over 800+ quality pre-owned BMWs in stock.

You will see from the pictures that this year we mean business with the first of our new offices being close to completion, having being started a little over 2 weeks ago! We may be heading on the way to becoming one of the largest BMW specialists in the world but our motto will always stay the same, we truly are... Big enough to cope, small enough to care.

Easter is only now round the corner and most of you will be looking forward to a nice long bank holiday weekend. If you are thinking about treating yourself to a new car make sure you pay Big Motoring World a visit. We will be open on Good Friday, Saturday and Easter Monday but giving ourselves a well earned break on Easter Sunday after the cracking start we've made to this year.

This week has seen work begin on the expansion of the Big Motoring World site. Our stock will soon grow to over 800+ pre-owned BMWs spread over 6 acres making us one of, if not the largest independent BMW specialists in the world. With that much choice why would you need to go somewhere else??

Britain goes X5 crazy!

Hope you have all had a good weekend.

The last couple of weeks has seen our sales of X5's soar like a penalty by Chris Waddle. Everybody seems to be going crazy for the stylish 4x4! In the world of motor sport, the build up to the 2010 F1 season has begun and even though BMW may not be involved this year its looks like it has the potential to be an exciting and historic year. Will Schuey produce the goods once again? Will Button and Hamilton co exist as team mates or will their quests for the championship cause major problems for McLaren. In my opinion you can not rule Alonso's arrival at Ferrari to have a major impact on the title race.

However this season unfolds, fireworks are surely guaranteed.
